My kid was gathering the point from so long and i had said the staff to combine my all 3 cards points but the staff denied saying that the points won't get club and it won't get nil and whenever you want to buy the things you can use it.. so wen I went to redeem with my kid they made my point nil. And there was more than 15000 points in both the cards together. My child wanted to buy a nice things so he gathered it.
Above that I had a word with Miss Ragini, Mr Mustafa, timezone staff and the head Naseem Shaikh. Mr. Naseem Shaikh was so rude in talking as if he is the owner of timezone and Am asking something wrong to return him. And the staff itself said me that u will get the points back but they dint.
