Hi I’m Dr. Jackson Bose from Chennai, I tried to recharge my Timezone card through the Timezone app for a sum of Rs.2000 on 12/06/2022 the transaction was failed but the amount was debited. Since then I tried contacting the customer care through mail, phone and also in person. They accepted that the money is been received in their end but they never refunded me nor showing any response towards the refund for the past seven months. I will submit all the details related to the transaction, kindly do the needful
