Timezone Games — Timezone Games Complain regards to points in the card

My kid is using the card for so many years and collected 9000+ points. I avoid visiting TimeZone, Vashi Inorbit Mall, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400 705 due to covid precautions.

I visited Timezone, Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 28th Aug 2022 and came to know that my card has expired without any notification to me. I requested manager to activate my card so I can redeem points and buy some gifts for my kid but he refused to activate my card. I spent thousands of rupees to collect points for my kid but the staff was not ready to listen to anything.
