Tinyowl — Non credit after payment failure

I tried to order using tinyowl app many times. Everytime it shows payment failure or restaurant refused to deliver. Many times, even when restaurant has delivered the food, delivery boy doesn't deliver unless I pay bill amount even though I have paid it online. They dont have a customer care number to complain about this. When I mail them, they dont reply for a week. It has been 25 days since the order showed payment failure and they have not refunded money. When they reply after a week, they say it will take 10 more days. Just dont order. Worst food order app ever
