As i would like to inform you that i paritosh jaiswal customer of your company facing a great problem in your product and quality which i have purchased a watch of fast track company those description is furnished as below: -

Date of purchase: - 02 / 07 / 2015
Bill no: - 11846,

In my matter i was purchased this aforesaid model watch on the aforesaid date then after, it starts a problem to me within a week from the date of purchase, in which the problem analysis by me is: -

Issue: -

My watch having dual watch system in which left hand side watch was not able to run from the same time in which i try to get start the watch several times but it didn't worked, finally, today evening dated_16. 07. 2015, time_17:39:28, i got a report from service center is that the machine of my watch is is damaged as its a manufacturing defect, where the service center taken my watch and handover me an acknowledgment form and asked me that we will going return my watch after a week.

Hereby, i request you kindly to get return my money back because its a manufacturing defect not mine and i am not going to accept such product return back because of its create a problem within 14 days. . .

If company will not going to return my money back then i am going to make a consumer court for the same. . .
