Titan — My Fast track watch not working also got rusted | |
I have purchased a Fast track watch from Chrompet Showroom on 30.05.2014. Model No. NE3089SL03. The watch is not working.Though it is a water resistance 50m water gone inside and Dial got rusted and watch stopped working. The watch was presented to my son who was studying in SSLC but some days before Board exams the watch stopped working and he couldn't use it. Today I took it to the Service centre Chrompet(Titan watch care centre, Zenith retailing) but they refused to take it and didn't respond properly. They asked me to go to Main showroom in Pondybazar, Chennai.
I am very much upset with the behaviour and their poor response with the customer.
I hereby request you to do the needful to change my watch as early as possible.
