titan.co.in — I was informed that i will be getting a call back with in two working days... Its been two weeks!! Ive not got a single call or text.

Titan, fastrack, thanishq, tommy, these are the greatest brands we think..
Even i thought!! But at last i had got a pain ful response for my money what i have expended on the gadgets i have bought from these!!

My dear friends, i am mr. Mohammad gayas pasha, [protected]. I have purchased many gadgets from the company like titan..

For one of my favorite watch i had ordered a belt at titan store located at habsiguda hyderabad and i was falsely assured that i will be getting a call and belt with in 3 months and its been 4 months i have not got any call yet.

Regarding that i have ringed the number which was provided officially by the titan in its website.[protected]
For the first call some lady had picked the call and she asked the query, and i said about the false assurance given by the store management.
She had raised a com[plaint and assured me that i will be getting the call with in two working days. After two working days i had ringed customer care and they said that i will be getting a call.
I waited and waited i go no response from titan care.
And the very next day was saturday and i had a word with miss amulya and she said that as it is weekend i will be getting in the next week, ie., monday.
I called again on monday and here comes the hero mr.Anil kumar. Trust me friends he is such a crap.


I am having the whole issue from mr.Anil kumar

The number of mistakes he had done are as follows
1.On monday he said that i will be getting a call and i said that tuesday is the national holiday so i must get a call from them. He had even assured me.
2. The hero mr.Anil kumar lied that he is the senior executive and he said that he is the only boss and he cannot transfer the call to anyone.
3. As soon as i started to speak logically he asked me to be on hold and transferred the call to some other girl. So how can he lie with a customer???
4.As i was a bit aggressive i started to question him in hindi..
In flow i said him (Tu). Them the hero mr.Anil kumar started warning me and he was saying that if i say tu then he will also say me tu...

Dear friends this is the service a senior customer care executive of titan is giving to the customers,
Eventually the hero mr.Anil kumar was laughing in the call and he started shouting on me.

5.On 27th january i had called again to the customer care and again the hero mr.Anil kumar had picked the call.
I asked about the call by back end department. He had no answer. He was giving some other number to me.Which was not mentioned to me.

How can i call to other number?? If we the customers are supposed to call then titan must mention in the official website...

I asked the hero mr.Anil kumar to rise one more complaint on the delay of service which a customer is supposed to get.

He says that he cannot rise a complaint and he was not at all ready to listen..

He started over lapping my words and he was not at all ready to listen to me.

Slowly he started criticizing me.. And i was very much disgusted with the service.

After a while i got a call by some woman stating that the hero mr.Anil kumar was very aggressive towards me. And finally titan had agreed their mistake
She had informed me that the hero mr.Anil kumar was charged legally and kept for 3 months of observation.

However i had taken the other number, and i had called to that number expecting instant resolution for my complaint.
Then mr. Gopinath had picked the call and he said that concern person was not available and he will be freed after 4 pm.
I eventually begged for the call and end of the day i had got no call.


Even after 10 days i had no call. I clearly said to everybody to whom i had spoke,
I am not going to tolerate the way mr anil had approached me...

Hence iam ready to lodge a complaint in consumer forum, even civils court also for the harassment.

Iam expecting a call from the team and a satisfactory resolution and ima not ready to listen apologies.
