Tneb — Minimum kW charges

Our shed taken on rent has a 42.50 kW connected load which is too much for our requirement. Our Current consumption is about 150 to 200 units. We are being charged a fixed sum of Rs.140 x 42.50 kW = Rs.5950 / - over and above the CC charges. This has been happening last 8 months. Is this a correct practice. Please clarify.
