Dear Sir, Refer my Order No:TO[protected], Product: NOKIA 225 Black, I had received Mobile phone against this order No, but after receipt of the same it had problem, spark in mobile, this was communicated to you and accordingly same was replaced, Now to my surprise the defect has not been resolved and is forwarded as it is. Iam very disappointed with the service provided by TOGOFOGO, and hence I have decided not to place any future orders. Now I dont need the replacement of this mobile, kindly arrange to refund my full amount without any further delay. Hope proper action will be taken & Resolved. Regards SUDHIR R BARKER.
