[Resolved]  Tolexo.com — Cheating

Dear Sir I had a Problem of Cheated by tolexo.com i had placed an order on www.tolexo.com on 29/04/2015 Order no is-TOD[protected], before transferring Payment i was called on[protected] for confirmation of product availability and delivery time, they told me product is in stock and will delivered within 7 days and suggest me for quick payment transfer, after transferred payment and not getting any updates by tolexo, i called them on 2 may 2015 on [protected] and i asked him about delivery they replied me your order is ready for dispatch you can get within 7 days, again not received any update i called them today they are not answering properly they are saying that product is not in stock, i asked him when that product was not in your stock then why you forced me for online payment then he cut off the phone and not talking with me, please suggest me what i do, if that organization is not able to deliver within targeted time then why demanding payment in advance please do needful thanks & regards AHMED SHAIKH MUMBAI
