Tolexo — Got wrong material delivered for 2nd. | |||
I first ordered - BLAC Black Knight TPU Ankle Safety Shoe, S3, Steel Toe Order ID - TOD[protected] on 6th May 2015 and opted for COD on payment mode. Material was delivered on 25 May 2015 Invoice Number - TOLX/MAH00029/15-16/000073 to area PIN Code 411016. whereas Tolexo says material will be delivered on 7 working days.Material delivered was - BLAC Black Knight TPU Low Safety Shoe, S3, Steel Toe which I have not ordered. Spoke to Customer car executive on[protected] and they asked to mail on [protected]@tolexo.com. I mailed Invoice copy along with Shoes photographs REF ID - [#143810] . After 5 days TOLEXO made reverse pickup of delivered item and created a replacement request and new ORDER ID for the same was - TOD[protected]. Material under new Order ID was delivered on 09 June 2015 by Delhivery Courier against Invoice number TOLXMAH[protected]. When Opened the parcel found that the same, material has been delivered again i.e. BLAC Black Knight TPU Low Safety Shoe, S3, Steel Toe which I have not ordered. Request to provide the actual material which I have ordered as Tolexo Support/care team seems to be careless and non-supportive to decent consumers. Was this information helpful? | |||
