[Resolved] Tolexo — Non Delivery Of Product | |||||
I have ordered a tool box with order number - TOD[protected] on 15th August with pre payment through my debit card. This has been shipped on 16th August with tracking number - S[protected]. But courier company not delivering the product, but sending false notification of non delivery due person not present since 22nd August. I have sent a mail complainy with Tolexo on 23rd August having ticket number - 550912. But till 25th August same case occurs and no response has been given tolexo over mail or via telephonic conversation . This is wrong to take the money and harras customer with wrong reason . If they cannot fulfill order they should close their operations. Please help resolve same. Was this information helpful? | |||||

From the above subject I want to cancel my order id[protected] as ia have order a set of tools at Rs 316.00 due to incorrect address an email id. Please cancel it now.before your company take any further decision on delivery the order...
