[Resolved] Tolexo — Not Sending the order # TOD[protected]

I had placed order on 4th feb.2015, with order # TOD[protected]. & have not received any item so far. It has been over 2 months, I don't know what they are doing.I have contacted customer care at least 4 times over a period of 1 week, & they say, Sorry sir we have some net problem we are unable to locate ur order, What these people are trying to do ? making fool o[censored]s, really big frauds, cheaters.not even responding to emails.If they can't fulfill the order atleast refund the amount.
