[Resolved] Tolexo — Order No. TOD[protected] | |||||
I have placed an order for v-square car magnetic curtain, etios on 12th of may 2016. The courier gati came to me with a wrong package/wrong item, which i refused to accept and the courier person took it back. I complained with tolexo customer service and they said they will resolve the issue in 24 to 48 hrs. Now they are telling that the item is delivered on june 3rd and some signature they have as a proof of delivery. But i haven't received the item and since it is a prepaid item, it looks like i even lost the money. It is going to be a month since i placed the order. Was this information helpful? | |||||
