I have ordered one product from Tolexo.com, They have delivered damaged product . I posted request for refund or replacement of product but support team always gave me the same answer that " Process will be start within 24 hours." I have waiting for the process for 10 days but still there is no process initiated from company. Yesterday, I got the mail from support team that Dear Customer, We totally understand your concern. However, we would like to inform you that this is a very minute error and can be rectified easily. We will provide you a discount coupon on your next purchase.
