It was 25th Nov 2021. when my wife and I went to havelock beach and during our return, we found a random guy asking us to visit a hotel nearby to get some gifts if we were lucky and purposefully he has confirmed me of having a credit card and 2hrs of time, After we were forced to go to the hotel, we arrived there on the way back to our hotel.
when we arrived, we will be allotted to company executives who are very good at convincing people with their false promises and showing us non-realistic dreams of which we will get a room stay for very less price in maldives, dubai etc... later they will ask us to pay the money through a credit card to become a member. I was not convinced because of commitments and said the same to him - Salman. But he was not at all listening to me and asked me to pay at least swipe for 75000 which I did and trapped, initially he has asked me to pay 200000 for which I said no. they don't even give time to think, they were just forced us to swipe it. he has also said that on credit card EMI I will be getting the interest amount(10000) paid by the top lite company side for which I haven't even heard anything from them or salman, he is least bothered to reply or respond to my calls. once the payment is done it's over they wont contact or respond to my calls and messages.
I hereby request you to kindly look into this and I request for my paid amount to be returned to me 75000rs.
I am an engineer working day and night to save some money. but due to this incident, I am afraid that I may lose a sum of 75000rs.
I would request you to please provide the justice to me by filing a case agianst these fraudsters.

I could understand your way of cheating people. First of all, You guys never left us to read the contract.
and when I tried to book the room last time, your colleagues have asked me to pay 3000rs, I really don't understand why do we need to pay after being a member of the Toplite.
It totally deviates from the point of view of what we heard on the day from your executive. We heard that we need not pay a single penny after booking the hotels.
See when the right service is not given and doesn't stick to the commitments said while taking membership, then how do we want to continue as a member. and You have no authority to say that I cannot be denied. I will deny and go to court If I am not getting the right service which is happening in my case now.
I have already contacted your customer care to refund the amount, I don't know if there might be some miscommunication.
So I would request you to please refund our money ASAP and we don't want to be your member anymore.
