[Resolved] Toshiba India — warranty claim for toshiba led tv | |||||
Hello sir, This is regarding the toshiba led tv purchased on may 2015 from radhika home appliances pimple saudagar, pune. The tv have display problem now and, i have raised service request to radhika service center. They have initiated the service to toshiba authorized service. The service person from the toshiba authorized technician came and checked the warranty card. Actual warranty written on the card is 1 year comprehensive + 2 years extended warranty. As per the service technician the warranty is for 1 year and for next two years dealer have to provide another warranty card but while purchasing it was not given and at the time of installation demo the toshiba service person did not inform about the warranty card. Now the issue is the dealer radhika sales are not ready to service it. It has been pending from their side for the past 5 days. Thursday i have requested still it is not processed.
