[Resolved] Toshiba — Double Payment for one ride | |||
I booked OLA from Geeta Colony (Delhi) to DLF Cyber Hub (Gurgaon) on Sep 21 at 8:14 AM. As internet was a problem, so paid the driver in cash. Even after the payment the pending payment message pop up is there on my ola mobile app. i raised the complaint ticket on same day, ticket reference id[protected]. To my surprise, there is no response since then. as i have to go some where urgently so i paid the 21st Sep invoice again through Ola money. so this way i made the double payment for the same trip. pls arrange the refund in my Ola app asap.
