Trackon Courier — Non delivery - no service - tracking#:[protected] | |||||
I was awaiting a courier which was sent through track-on on 21st dec-2015, which i was about to receive by 22nd. I got a call from the courier delivery person and he said my area is not under his coverage. So if at all i need the package, i should come and collect it myself. I was in office and said i wont be able to pickup myself. For that he arrogantly replied else get the courier if possible by some other way. I mailed trackon customer care email address & tried calling them on all numbers provided in the internet. The numbers were either switched off or not responding. Now they have sent the package back saying address not clear. The address i gave was my postal address which is in government records. Attached is courier slip and the tracking code for details.
