Trackon Couriers — Courier not delivered and rude and misbehavior by owner and delivery boy

My joining letter of 1 march 2021 Courier did not delivered at my address he called me and said that collet your courier from office (Gurukul road, Near Railway crossing, Sarai, Faridabad-121003). And when i said that you will have to come my address for delivery they came on 2 march owner and delivery boy with rude and misbehavior.
