I am really disappointed, the way services have been provided, particularly once the money is transferred to trade india research account.

I would like to narrate the incident as under :-

I was contacted by their representative mr. Ankit (Mobile no.[protected]) and was assured that once i transfer rs.3, 000/- to you, they will provide me the suitable calls for one month and after that there will be a subscription of rs.5000/- per month to continue the services.

Once i transferred the amount, i did not received any receipt for payment and only after follow up, i was told by ankit that i have to deposited 50% of the amount i. E. Rs.7, 500/- to avail our services and in fact advised that refund is not possible.

After lot of heated exchanges, one aashis got in touch with me on the same number and he got the receipt and contract issued to me but it says the service is available only for 12 days. I brought this in his notice and he assured me that he will do the needful.

I strongly suspect that the customers are given false promises by their representative and once the money is transferred, customers are harassed and they have to follow up like i am doing since then. No research calls have been provided till date.

In spite of assurances from their customer service support representative, nothing has happened.in fact, they have given a mail also assuring that my grievances shall be resolved but even after a long wait, nothing has happened.

You are requested to please refund my amount as i do not see any value addition by availing your services.

Please help me unless i am forced to take up the matter appropriately with concerned authorities and lodge complaints online.
