Firstly i was contacted by chetan ([protected]) who introduced me with one of his executive pawan ([protected]) for risk profiling. After that he told me about his basic package of ₹40k and assured me return of ₹1, 11, 000 and asked me to pay half the amount and he convinced me to pay ₹20k. I told him that i have no time to handle my debat and he told me that we will handle it. And on the next day he told me that someone took our slot by giving full payment. And then he told me that we have one slot left in the ₹1, 50, 000 pack with profit of 350000 so he convinced me to pay ₹50k more to make half payment so as to start me service. And next day he told me that someone is trying to take our slot by giving full payment and he told me we cant miss this slot so he told me to pay ₹80k and assured me of return. And then he said i will pay 40000 from my side. I deposited 40000 & pawan said i also paid 40000. And next day pawan said that the company blocked the payment because i made it from the account where i used to get salary. I told him that give the money to me i will pay from my side. Now i realized that he lied to me. All the company members were indulged in excluding money from me. And now the account department calls and tells me that you have to pay the rest 40000 to start your service otherwise you rest of the money will be lost. And pawan told me that this is the last payment you have to do then i somehow arranged the money gave it to them. Pawan is a person who will definitely convince you with his words. And i got fully convinced with his words (Biggest mistake of my life). And now the day comes to start the work. He said just wait and watch the profit. Then for the full week they haven't worked in the demat which they says amount is very less we cant take risk. And then i asked pawan about the work why they haven't done he told me i will fix an appointment with the portfolio manager who manages your demat. Then the call went to mr. Albert who was not my portfolio manager. I was not knowing what is going on. He said i am freelancer i have a different department so if you want to work with me you need to submit the fees of software i. E. 27000 i said i dont have this much money then talked to mr. Pawan what's the matter he said you need to submit the money for software i said i dont have and i will not submit and they refused to handle my demat. And i said i will work by myself. I worked on their calls and made a huge loss. Then mr. Pawan told me to buy the software it will be helpful. I somehow managed to buy then he said we will work by ourself portfolio manager will not work at that time my exams were near. Then we worked and my investment from 15000 came to 4000. Many of the fake things were told by pawan. And the sofware which i bought was of no use. And now i asked pawan i will increase my investment assign me a portfolio manager who wil handle my demat. He told that your portfolio manager is booked with other clients. And now he said only mr. Albert can help you with this. And mr. Albert tells me that i can work on the 350400+gst package and you have already submitted 170000 with the company and you have to submit 40000 now and rest after 5 days.
And at this time i realized that they just want to take the money and make fool of the investors. I want a strict action to be taken against pawan for lying all the time. "i just want my money back" or else i will fill a complaint with sebi.
