Tradeindiaresearch — fraud by their representatives

I got call from their representative and they asked me to take service after i denied their accounts department called me to pay 2000 as registration fees nd after one month full service charge of rs500
I paid them 2000and they told me that registration is done then next day they called me and demanded 5000 immediately i objected against it..
They told that if i will not pay by today my 2000 will also be removed as registration...
They are fully making money by giving false hopes that they r sebi registered nd all
I told them to refund my 2000 then they denied as we can't pay.
A strict action has to be taken against them.
