Tradus — wrong and malfunctioning product received

According to the purchase I was supposed to get a black power bank for my phone . They had sent me a white cover of the same product and I thought o[censored]sing it even though the color was not as per promised but then even the product does not work properly it looses charge without charging my phone. They had also mentioned about a charging cable which will be sent among the power bank even that was missing. I have tried sending a mail to tradus but they never reply and dont care at all about the product . Almost 15 days have passed but no reply has been received yet. I want my money back and would want a strict action against their response.
