Traffic Police Delhi — Unwanted Challan put on me

Dear Sir,

I am writing this mail with great hope but I am sure that I am hoping against hope as this is question of how the things should be put in front of the public.

Today the same incident happen with me as I was driving through the nariana area near Maruti Service Center, the traffic police tried to put down there nerve on me to prove that I am wrong and need to be fine. Though no mistake of mine was there. When I have crossed the 90% of the road and due to the dtc bus who tried to move before signal is green I need to stop. Due to which their was little delay in crossing the signal. They have seen the thing but not accepted as of they would they could not finned me.

Not only this after stopping me the question was "dikhta nahi hai tereko". When I asked them what I haven't seen they tried to put all the blame on me. When I resisted they said now you need to come to court to file the amount of 100 Rs. Being from the educated background I would have accepted it when I was at flaw but as I haven't made mistake I am not liable to pay for the mistake of others. Hence for the same reason I have signed the copy of challan they showed to me and they said nothing will happen if you don't sign. I am attaching the copy for your reference.

From the language I never feel that I am talking to the people who are responsible for smooth movement on road. The person who can't talk properly can't manage anything in life.

If this is the Scenario I don't think we have the very bright future. I know that accepting some positive response can be a big illusion for me as after having words I have the feel that chalta hai attitude is prevailing in delhi now too.
