Trai — 3 VAS activated in 4 days without consent on Vodafone | |||
Hello Sir, This is regarding Vodafone service. Vodafone has activated 3 VAS without my consent back to back within short time Screenshots are attached - check timings of activation too. It's a cycle of activating VAS (without consent) after deactivating each time. CC executive repeats the same answer every time I call to complain. I'm frustrated of deactivating the VAS every time it gets activated (without consent) Please look on this issue as I never request a VAS by myself on my number. Moreover, I complained on twitter @VodafoneIN every time when one new VAS gets activated on my number. Screenshots are attached. I have mentioned this issue to @TRAI as well on Twitter as Vodafone looked no serious about the issue. I expect some action on this issue asap.
