Trai — about slow internet concern | |||
Respected Sir, My mobile no. is [protected] company name vodafone . I had recharge with Rs. 247 of vodafone 2G internet pack & as details given in the pack data speed is 368 kbps. But It is giving only 20-40 kbps speed. I have complaint regarding this to vodafone care. But i was told your problem will be solved upto 15 May. But it is still not solved. As of now, I tried to call customer care, they are not responding to my call just telling advertisement about vodafone I tried for 5-10 minutes but not responding. Was this information helpful? | |||

In every retail stores...blindly asking extra one rupee for 10, 20, 30, topup cards. TRAI koww that? Can print MRP is 11, 21, 31. Thanks AllWyn Amala Prasanna.
