Trai — Account balance cheating

my registered mobile number [protected]

My Communication number is [protected]

My email [protected]@gmail.com

Sir my dish TV set top box worked 15/08/21 onwards at good condition. And that is my switch off date. And that I have recharged my dish TV account 17/08/21 10.30 to 11.30 am

And my dish TV mobile app shows my account Balance 104 rs account active condition .

But my set top box shows 102 error no account balance. And than I call customer service representative. We tell u r account refresh problem solving. But my problem continues. 2nd time I call we tell same and my problem continues same . And than I call 3 time we tell u r set top box problem we arrenge technician that service charge is 450rs

But my set top box shows 102 error no account balance ...
Today my account Balance is 96 rs only I am not visible any any channel in 1mints
But balance only debited what is the rules in dish TV . Today 18/08/21 still now my problem continues. What can i do sir ...
