I am having dish tv connection with registered no.[protected]. Today i. E. 05.02.2019 i have received sms from dish tv wherein it is informed that i have migrated to new plan at a cost of rs.537/- against my existing plan which is costing rs.474/-. Dish tv has unilaterally changed the plan without my consent.

In terms of trai guidelines, the customers are required to select their plan. I have tried to change the plan through the website of dish tv on many occasions. I regret to say that website is not supporting the change of plan. Due to technical snags at their end, i am not able select plan. When they are not able to provide platform for changing the plan, they cannot change plan at their own.

The operator is taking unilateral decision and intervention of trai is required to stop such acts which are not in the interest of customer. The operator is trying to take advantage and mincing more money from customers without customer consent.

मेने अपना डिश टीवी पैक फरवरी में CALL ME मैसेज कर के स्वागत पैक करवाया था तब उसमे कलर्स चैनल था जो कि अब नही आ रहा अब मैं अपना पैक चेन्ज करवाना चाहता हूं पर ये नही कर रहै। कहते है माई डिशटिवि एप्स मै जा कर खुद कर लो! फिर फरवरी मै मेरा स्वागत पैक क्युं कर दिए और अब क्या तकलीफ है इनको । मैने एप्स से ट्राई किया पर नही हो रहा । क्रिपाया कुछ मदद करें
My dish tv Vc no. is [protected]. Dish tv is biggest fraud. I opted for Star Sports 1 Hd for 1 month & paid 19rs + gst... But that channel got disconnected in 1 week... When i called Dish Tv customer care, they said its chargable per week, not per month...

Trai order is Every Hd channels cost is 19rs + gst per month.. but Dish tv collects 19rs + gst per Week... I don't know how Trai is so negligible to Dish tv, cheating customers...

We have bought a dish TV connection in the month of November 2018, after watching an advertisement in the national newspaper. For which we paid an amount of Rs 2850 and received an subscription of 12months . But after 5months our all sports, English, cartoon, and non HD channels were switched off. And after a month later than this our TV connection was entirety switched off and all our channels were disconnected. We have complained several times out the same to the costumer care service but they have done nothing rather than just wasting our time .
They argued that we only had a connection for 7 months, we were given the plan worth rs500 per month, and other senseless statements which we of no use for us. They have changed our pack to rs 500 per month without our consent and didn't even informed us about the same and now they are arguing from us that our balance is over.
I am a Dishtv consumer. Due to Cyclone in Odisha I lost my Dishtv signal and lodge a complain No.[protected] on dtd. 10/05/2019. But after 25 days passed no one has attended the problem as well as the customer care also not responding for resolve the issue. After 25 days they are charged me Rs. 200.00 for Technician charges. Why should I pay, while the delay is continue from their end.

Kindly help me to solve the issue immediately.

I have taken one connection for my parents who are senior citizen and I have suffered hell lot of troubles due to this. Every single time channel will stop by it's own even if balance is remaining. Then I will have to call customer care they will do some settings changes and then channels will start. Every single time after recharge I have to call customer care to start channels as after recharging it doesn't starts by it's own. And when even after calling sometimes again i have to call start channels as some times it still doesn't start after one call. And this has been repeating. I got so frustrated and called customer care that my channels are not showing even after recharging and its been more than 15 days I recharged, on this customer care executive gave me warning, as in litterally threatened me to take action against me if I don't talk to them politely. I agree that one should be polite when calling customer care but after repeated problem and no solution. What am I supposed to do. World class customer service as you never do ur job. Top of that warning me. I recharged in 18th of July 2019 and till date no channels showing. Who will return this money? Or will you show me me channels for free for these many days? What m I supposed to do? I litterally had the worst ever experience with dish TV. Third class service. And worst than that your customer service is.

I am customer of dish tv from last almost 9 years. From last month I am having problem in network. I am not getting proper network and picture. So as per process I registered the complain in customer care. They had given me the time of 24 hours to resolved the problem. After three days again I called them, than they said your (my) complain has been closed, I asked why they said because you lived in a high hill so it is difficult for our engineers to reach over there. It was very shocking as well as joking for me, because I am living in a District headquarter, when all the peoples comes to this place for various their work than why the engineers are not!!!
3 times they registered my complaint but the result was same.. now I have only one way is left to port my connection..to other network.
But I hurt by the behaviour of customer care officer he puts the phon down without hearing my complaint again... they lost my time... they lost my money...etc.
In the past dish TV was at his best but now everything is going down.. now it's better to switch to other network...
Please if their is any possibility to resolve this kind of problems, I will be very greatful to you because now I am fed up.

I have tried to remove ACTIVE SERVICES through the website of dish tv. I regret to say that website is not supporting the REMOVAL and it is unilaterally added.
Due to this, I am forced to pay Rs120 extra. When they are not able to provide platform for changing the plan, they cannot change plan at their own.
Apart from this, the complete list of of the Channels for selection is missing. Only a few are there.

The operator is taking unilateral decision and intervention of trai is required to stop such acts which are not in the interest of customer. The operator is trying to take advantage and mincing more money from customers without customer consent.

I am having dish tv connection with registered no.[protected]. Today i. E. 04.11.2020 i have received sms from dish tv wherein it is informed that i have migrated to new plan at a cost of 335/- against my existing plan which is costing rs.323/-. Dish tv has unilaterally increased the plan without my consent.When I'm trying to talk with the customer care they are disconnecting my phone, and 'MY DISH TV' which is their own app shows my total plan as ₹310.08/- they have said that this app is not related with dishtv. I don't know why they are doing like this every month they are increasing my plan and saying that your pack was on offer previous month that is why your pack price has increase, I have told them many time but they are not co-operating with the customer. I hope my problem will be solved after this message.

I am in dish tv connection from 2014. My pack was 3 year non stop pack. Regularly paid my pack for every year, even I was away to my job.
Suddenly 18.06.2021 the provider changed my 3 year non stop to one month non stop pack and charging Rs99 per month extra with out my consent. I informed them my non stop 3 year pack finish only in 2023. But they refused my request & informed to go to court or TRAI. Please help me to solve my genuine request.

I am getting problems with the dish tv services regarding switch of date.
Without any prior information the use to activate unnecessary channels and change pack value. They use to cut switch of dates and after complaining they say that you have activated new channels.
Their services are very poor. Their customer support service provider doesn't respond well. My registered number is [protected]

I got my dish TV recharge done on 30 September, & yesterday it's connection got disconnected again ..
When we called the help line thy told that the account has been mode on auto, , " "" ""while no such massage has been sent from our side ..
Even after admitting their mistake, those people are saying that recharge will have to be done by the pack thy installed !
But it depends on the customer how much he wants to pack .. you people change the pack o[censored]r own freewill...
