Trai — Data usage on my Airtel no [protected] | |||
I bring to your attention that I have this number [protected] from more than an year now. I only use it on my tablet for data use. In past my usage has never exceeded even 1GB though I have a plan of 1.5 GB data on 2G speed. My billing cycle ends on 7th May and on the 14th May I started getting messages that I have already used 1.5 GB of data which is not possible. When I called up 121 they tell me that they cant do anything about it even when I barely used this number and I know my usage cannot go so high in just 7 days (Reference No [protected]). I requested them for a daily usage they couldn’t provide then why are they even there if they cannot help us. I hereby request complete details of data usage on my number, including the application names and the websites I visited which consumed this data, failing which I won’t be able to pay any bills. I am feeling harassed here since I know for a fact I have barely used data on this number. Request intervention from TRAI since Airtel cannot just charge me for anything that I have not used.
