Trai — Dish tv recharge amount not get in correct vc number | |
Sir I recharged my DISHTV account using my registered mobile number [protected] by amount 211/-on date[protected]. But this amount is received to my VC no. [protected]. But this VC no has been changed by DISHTV technician due to my set top box was defected. My Current VC no. is [protected] and old VC number ([protected]) is not in use and deposited to DISH TV service team. So request is my recharge amount transfer from old VC no. [protected] to new VC no. [protected]. I call many time to DISH TV customer support but they saying that they can’t do anything and saying to visit DISH TV website self-support and raise the complaint. But when I raise complaint on website they not accepting my request. Was this information helpful? | |
