Reliance had stopped the prepaid data card (3g internet) service and skip to 4g without any notification etc. but un knowingly when i had get recharged the old one, online the payment is made and accepted. when after 2 days the dongel didnot responded we contacted csc on toll free no. and was surprised to note that they had simply refused to pay back and said that we had closed the old one and for new we had to pay 2600.00, then only the internet will start working. several means i year / 2year or infinite
This is very true as it happened in my case too. After promising 10 gb free data on first month of 4g upgradation they send me a huge bill for 3-4 days usage saying limit crossed. Its a bluff they are giving about 10 gb free data.
