I had the worst experience using transcend pendrive JF810. It got corrupted, and now anandit infotech, bangalore - the authorised service center is refusing to give the replacement though the product is having lifetime warranty.
Their agents mr.anand, mr.ramu, mr.navesh (+91-[protected], +91-[protected]) are behaving extremely rudely and arrogantly with customers and not even timely responding.
I will never ever buy any transcend product in my life or advise anyone to buy transcend. Was this information helpful? |
