Travel Yaari — Non refund of money on ticket cancellation.

Travel details - PNR No[protected], Ticket No 10052014 / 00000003/1808131 Date of Journey 10th May 2014 Place from Pune to Aurangabad. We have booked ticket through Travel yaari for Paulo Travels. The bus got late by 1.00 Hour. Hence we cancelled the tickets. It was morning 7.00 AM and no body was pick phone from call center. Hence we wrote email [protected]@travelyaari.com to cancel the ticket. After one 1 1/2 month, travel yaari has not refunded the money nor giving any specific timelines to refund. The reply provided is that they are coordinating with Paulo travel. It is very unprofessional behaviour from the company. Suggest not to opt this website for booking purpose.
