Dear sir,
1. Booked food in the train no.18631 (Ranchi - ajmer exp) on
02/07/2018 for two different stations (Allahabad jn and tundla jn). All
Amount with discount (Rupees-200 for allahabad and same 200 for
Tundla jn.
2. Travelkhana service of allahabad served on right time but the
Delivery boy demanded service charge of rs 60/- for the service
Whatever already paid earlier by me through paytm (As advised by
Authority).
3. Travelkhana service of tundla jn confirmed order by mobile but not
Served. After departure told that there is no any service boy for the train
Service.
4. My daughter was travelling and she slept empty stomach.
5. Please return my whole amount and take action about the
Negligence.
