I have booked online food on website of Travelkhana, whose order I'd is 2444192 dated 06.08.2023 for delivery of food in train no. 15655 in coach no. A1 at Katihar Junction and I also prepaid online payment.

Train reached at Katihar Junction and departed also, but food is not delivered. I also looked at platform, but no gains.

Food order not confirmed when I call customer care they said station was different but I filled all information correctly like pnr train number
Customer care said you will recieve your refund with in 2-4 days but still I didn't get my refund.

Ordered food via website and paid 265 rupees online to deliver food at Jabalpur junction in train no 12854 order no 2341162 but no one came to deliver....

I was travelling in train 02916 on 12 November 2021 PNR [protected]..I had ordered jain thali by paying 195 rs but I never received it.

This seem to be a fake website which is cheating people....

I have ordered at jhansi order number 2316981 on 14 Oct .it consists of one thali, extra roti &samosas but only one thali is given to me at the station and when I asked him he informed me that wait he will bring but train left and he doesn't come.i complaint the matter to customer care but no response till now . Please refund my money that I paid for my order....

I had ordered prepaid veg thali on 3rd October 2021 in train no. 02857 at 7 pm. the food was supposed to be dilevered at Gondia Jn. The arrival time at Gondia was 9:30 PM but there was no contact no. of delivery person and the food was also not delivered. I request Refund for the payment I did.

I have order "Jain Thali" all item very bad Rs 205/plate at Gwalior station,
I am ordering from "Railrestro" / Ecatering / railyatri" but it was worst experience from travelkhana food quality, all foods item is not in eatable condition
I m not suggesting to anyone to ordered from travelkhana....

I have order dal rice and roti sabji both are item very bad 195 at gwalior station indian railway not serve any better quality food since 20 years tea quality not better than any rail mantry we have seen then 10 years even pantry car food very bad i[censored] have then indian rail fare growing but facilities are not doing old coaches and roof damaged toilets condition very bad and biotoilet very harmfully then modi government sayed clean india this...

Sir at bhusaval station at train 22455 train no. I ordered 3 veg thali costing 130 rs and i got worst quality food at such price. All items were smelling bad and it was unhygienic to eat them and also delivery was very late and whole travel khana team was most unresponsive and unresponsive. So plz ban such type of fake companies like travel khana they are only making customer fool through irctc....

I had ordered food from travel khana but it didn't delivered and they are requested me to wait for next station and even they are unable to deliver next time too.

And they didn't inform the status of my order or any other updates too

And when i mentioned in the feedback the food wasn't delivered and they didn't provide any status on the refund.

You need to call them 100 times and they picked up...

Chole rice was ordered but jeera rice and dal was delivered instead... On contacting i was asked to file a complaint on their website and even understanding that was a challenge in itself because of poor costumer care. So i went to their website nothing such as complaints appeared so i sent them a mail in turn i was met with no response. Delivering a different product is just straight up scam....

I was traveling from nagpur to rewa exp on 30 jan2019 and placed a order from travelkhana to deliver food at itarsi station for that i paid all money online using my debit card but they canceled that order and now they are not refunding my money
When i am asking them for refund they are saying we refunded on 1st feb to paytm then i sent them my sbi debit card and paytm status where its shows clearly deduction from my sbi debit card...

I was traveling by 10112 from madgaon to thane. I ordered 4 veg thali which was delivered in ratnagiri.
When we opened the packet it was smelling so bad that we couldn't bear it. It was unhygienic.
I am atill trying to contact travel khana but not getting any response from them.

Because of this we were hungry whole night.

Food was not delivered even when the order was placed 3 hours before.

At 6:30pm they messaged saying order is confirmed and will be delivered at 9:30pm at a particular station. But no one arrived to deliver food. When called at 9.40pm, customer care guys say they cannot deliver food. They expect patients to travel hungry???

Really upset! Never rely on these guys....

I gave order through travel khana for lunch at itarsi station by tn no 15119 which was earlier reached, i called so many time but same answer they replied it will be soon delivered, for the slack responsibility by travel khana when patient travelling by the train we not purchase station food. Hello sir / mam i would like drow your attention toward my problem. Today 04.06.2018 i am on journey from khandwa to katni station through rtajkot rewa exp train number 22937, in b2 coach 46 berth. I was required food for khandwa station so i applied travelkhana app through i paid 180 rup. Online (Paytm). They assured me to provide my meal in itarsi station (9.30 am) actually i started my journey 6.00 am in the morning so they complete assured...

But given bill without supplies name it's pan or gst number
This may lead to non payment of gst or income-tax
And setoff will not be permissible for company's
We need to take proper action and penalize the company for such harassment to consumers

I have order from tatanagar. Despite all notifications and assurance they didn't deliver my food. When i contact them they ask me to wait. But even after 30min of departure no one reached. This train didnt have pantry. No good stn ahead. I couldn't take lunch in a hurry today.. Now its foodless night also.. So frustating. Never order any food from this site....

I was travelling from chennai to itarsi on 12th august 2017 by train no 12621. I had ordered food from travel khana.com vide reference no. & received confirmation at 1721hrs. This was reconfirmed at1930 hrs. At 1925hrs again i received a sms asking me to wait at my seat. I rang up helpline no. 5 mts before departure i. E. 1955hrs when i did not receive the food & was advised that the delivery boy is at the platform & rest...

I have booked two thali one is mini veg and second is special both cost are 285rs. From website travelkhana. As per require food delivery at ghaziabad station but as i open food then roti was so cold and vegetables and dal was too cold and roti was too short and fix to paper and packing was also bad.
It is completely cheated with us. While company shows fast and fresh and hot food.
So kindly take action against travelkahana...
