1. Ordered food online on[protected] at 15:29 order id-837501(pre-paid)to deliver food worth rs. 820(food for 4 people) to nikhil raj for train 13287 at tatanagar station (stoppage-30 mins)
2. Called on the [protected] for confirmation twice before arrival of train and more than 10 times after arrival of train at tatanagar station.
3. The online executive asked to stay at the seat of train b1-49 and food will be delivered shortly
4. When food didn't arrive for more than 10 min, we called every 3 minutes but got the same reply.
5. Even told them to tell if not possible to deliver then we can purchase on the platform but executive insisted that food is on the way and will arrive.
6. Train started and we did not receive the food. My mother is dibetic and required food and proper time.
7. The executive regretted the food being undelivered, such service was not expected and whole family had to be hungry for that night.
8. The restaurant they mentioned was hangout restaurant of tatanagar.
9. Due to their negligence in contacting with the hotel, my family had to suffer being hungry for that night. Even in 10 minutes food could have been bought, but the executive insisted that food will arrive at the seat.
10. Later they said that food was undelivered.
