TravelKhana — Undelivered order | |||||
Date of incidence: 4th june 2017 Order number: 942085 Despite repeated calls to the call center, our order at hubli station went undelivered for inexplicable reasons. We called the customer care multiple times to clarify to them that our coach, av1 comes towards the end of the train and isn't attached to the main a1 coaches. We were very strongly assured that the food will be in our hands before the train leaves the station. We weren't even given the delivery boys contact details so that we could coordinate personally. And then we find out that our food has been delivered to someone in a1 and that person has consumed it. Now when i'm in a situation where i made absolutely no alternate arrangements for food because of the assurance by travelkhana, i have to go hungry for another 5 hours until i get something to eat!! And this happening despite us calling the call center 5 times is just unbelievable and unacceptable! Once i have placed an order, it is their responsibility to ensure that the service is delivered! What they've done is a blatant display of irresponsibility and callousness and there has got to be a compensation or remedy to it! Was this information helpful? | |||||
