TravelKhana — worst food quality, roti was smelling very bad

I was traveling by 10112 from madgaon to thane. I ordered 4 veg thali which was delivered in ratnagiri.
When we opened the packet it was smelling so bad that we couldn't bear it. It was unhygienic.
I am atill trying to contact travel khana but not getting any response from them.

Because of this we were hungry whole night.

I ordered food at mathura junction but food was not delivered. No alternate arrangements were made at next stations. Very poor service and response from customer care executive
