Trip Arena — Scammed by Trip Arena online

Got scammed for thousands of dollars trying to arrange travel for four members of my family. The business took credit card payment on 9/12/2014 and did not provide any valid booking. Whatever booking reference they sent disappeared from airline website the next day. This went on for 10 days. Business is not returning any calls/ e-mails for refund.
