Trip Arena — Poor service

I purchased two return tickets of Malaysia Airlines on sector DEL-KL-AKL-KL-DEL last year in July. Some people from Chandigarh kept talking to me till I paid for the price of the ticket by depositing money in ICICI Bank in Delhi. Thereafter there were 25 days to travel during which nobody from your side responded to my emails and telephonic calls and I remained in doubt all the time. I returned back to India after staying in Auckland for 9 months.During this time also no body responded and gave me impression if company has closed down. Fortunately the tickets did work. Now I thought of again buying tickets on this sector but your office is not responding.
