[Resolved] Tripgateway.in — Big fraudulent sales practices big fraud company | |||||
Dear sir, This is to bring to your notice that I had received a call[protected] from the executive of tripgateway named Swati Sinha on Aug 4, 2016 morning. She told me that I have been chosen as a lucky customer by www.tripgateway.in for using the Tripgateway to avail the offer "India, Thailand and Malaysia, accommodation package @ Rs 8999/- with assured gift which I would have to choose between a Samsung mobile galaxy s6 edge mobile (Samsung brand) and tablet (Lenovo Yoga 10 HD plus). she assured me saying that the company is an ISO rated company so they would not step back from the offer (I. E. Tour package and choice between a phone and tablet). And then during the call she asked me to book this offer of Rs 8999/- immediately as I am within 20 lucky customer for their happy hour. After I made the payment she said Sir, I am redirecting this call to my boss RaghuRam. And you have to provide him your booking reference number so that we can parcel your tour package document along with assured gift to your address. Then Her Boss RaghuRam started asking me to make one more payment of 8999/- to get double combo offer benefit (I.E one Samsung mobile galaxy s6 edge mobile (Samsung brand) and one tablet (Lenovo Yoga 10 HD plus). And he again assured me that within 3-5 days I will get one Samsung mobile galaxy s6 edge mobile (Samsung brand) along with one tablet (Lenovo Yoga 10 HD plus) as assured offer along with the booked policy. Now twice they make to made the payment total of 17998/- Indian rupees. They forced me to do all this immediately. After I made the payment I saw reviews on Google for tripgateway frauds cases., tripgateway is a fraud company and same way they cheated many many people. After all this, Same day I asked them to cancel this policy and refund my full money 17998/- Indian rupees but they refused it by saying, now offer is not-refundable and non-cancellable. Since that date I spoke to them 20 times on their landline no.-[protected] Now I just want my full money to be refunded from them. I have requested to consumer complaint board to resolve my complaint and refund my full payment Rs. 17998/- Indian rupees. And also request to you to please close this kind of fraud offices and blacklist this kind of website, and inform to innocent public. Dear sir, you can also check conversation between me ([protected]) & their online support no[protected] as I have the recording saved in my mobile. Please help me to get my full refund of 17998/- Indian rupees. If I won’t get my full money refund from Tripgateway team then I will take legal action as I have all the recording in my mobile of Tripgateway team which they told me to book this policy. booking reference number: 1. Now they only decided to refund my half money of one package 8999/- and they resolved the issue from their side, without my knowledge.
So again i sent mail to them asking to refund my full money. But didn't get any response from their side.

I have the issue with my payment with the company.
As i informed that I want my full money for both the package 17998/- Indian rupees to be refunded to me, not only for one package of Rs 8999/-. As i don't trust the company anymore.
Because they made all fault statements.
Note: Tripgate team need to send me confirmation mail that, they are going to refund my full money 17998/- Indian rupees immediately.
If Tripgateway doesn't refund my full fund then i will take this to consumer court and cyber crime as i have all the recording proof.
Note: Once i received the my full payment of 17998/- Indian rupees then only you can close this. Not Before that.
Refund my fund immediately !

I further request to consumer complaints board that please take the necessary action to this Fraud Tripgateway company As they are cheating many many innocent users on daily bases.
Guys please be-aware of this kind of fraud company. As they are doing cheating business.
Now i am going to put case on them to get back my hard earn money from them.

Further if we are unable to provide you the hotel booking then we will refund your money.
