Hi, i booked a holiday package on 29/3/16 of 8999 because of false promise of free gift Htc 816g plus/ samsung galaxy j7. Agent was mr abhijit chavan([protected]).
Since then i called many time for gift but ther r giving excuses everytime for delay of gift..intresting thing happened now.on 16/3/16 i got a call from another salesman mr rohit sharma([protected]) tht ur promised gift is not in stock for 1 month.he said that we will upgrade ur gift.i[censored] take anothet package of 8999 i will give u samsung galaxy s6 edge and will dispatch gift immidiately.i m fool that i paid immidiately but for my luck it was failed transaction and i got auto refund.subsequently i read customer review and come to know its all fraud.mr abhijit chavan is nowdays not responding to my mail.whn i do call different executives pick up ph and gives different different date for gift.
I m sure that ur company is playing fraud through this salesman.
I m requesting u to please look into matter and arrange for my gift and for any reason i[censored] dont able to do please refund me my money i will purchase mobile by myself.
