True Holiday — About the tour packages | |||||
I have been fooled by true holiday (A fraud company making money on call). I have bought a tour package of 11666 and they had promised me to give a tour package plus samsung galaxy j3 prime as i have booked the package in the happy hours. But after making the payment, they have told me that i have to take another package of 9949 and i will gat a laptop and also by paying 9949 i will be eligible for the galaxy j3 prime. And they had not given me any of the gift. And also in the refund policy it is written over there that we can claim refund within 7 days of payment. I have claimed for the refund but they are not entertaining me. Itz a totally fraud company making fool to everyone. And believe me i am in contact with many person across different parts of india who have been fooled by the same lucrative package scheme... Was this information helpful? | |||||

I dont know how you have been cheated after so many complaints has been registered. Please share number so that we can add you in our whatsapp group which has been formed to stop them and take some serious action.
We have also cancelled the package because of following reasons:
1. We were being told the bookings will be done in mentioned hotels within 48 Hours. Promise is not being fulfilled.
2. We were told that amount be deducted as an EMI but the whole amount got transferred to trueholiday

REFUND PROCEDURE.
I had also paid money to true holidays but i got the money back.
What you should do
1- file a dispute complaint with lawyer's help against the third party via which the transaction is done. Eg payu money
Dispute should be that payu money is doing tie up with fraud company without doing any background check on them and you processed the money as payu money is a trusted source. And ask the refund from payu money
2- once they agree they will deduct service tax or gst from the account and you would get the rest of the money back.
3- I would advice to keep your bank RM in between who would communicate with payu money finance dept and get the money back.
