TTN Broadband — bad service and no refund of security money

I used TTN for couple of years as there was no other network provider available in my area. During the initial months, the network speed and issue handling was kind of satisfactory. However, with time, everything starting going south. Network speed became worst. There were wire cut issues every now and then. They will charge you for those days also when there network was itself down.

I decided to move to Airtel broadband about 2 months back and after that I saw the real face of TTN. They owe me a refund of INR 1000, which I paid for modem and other equipment as security. But from last two month, neither I got the refund nor I got a satisfactory response from anyone. Every time they will tell me that they will raise the issue with the concerned person and I will be contacted back. But nothing happens. Nobody contact me back. I have sent multiple mails and also called in at the customer support so many times, but every time it is the same story.

Please do not choose TTN. These people will reel you in and then just drink your blood like ticks. Shame on you TTN.
