Tupperware — Bad business procedures

Tupperware changed their website consultant processing software. I had 2 orders that were shipped to the wrong address and Tupperware is refusing to change the shipping address (even before this order was shipped) I called Tupperware customer service 5 times on this order [protected], and I have gotten 3 different responses.
1) we will ship out new product to the correct address
2) your hostess will have to ship the product to you or back to Tupperware
3) Tupperware may be able to send a shipping label to the hostess

The mistake was on Tupperware in 4 different ways.
1) training of the new site for new orders
2) no safety guards or clarifications to shipping when submitting the orders
3) total run around when contacting Tupperware and FedEx, as FedEx is stating this order needs to be rerouted by the Seller (Tupperware)
4) Tupperware should have had grace periods where they could update shipping in the system if the order is being processed.
