[Resolved] TVS Motor Company — Delay in service | |||
I am Mrs. Priya. I have purchased a vehicle TVS Streak at SVS TVS Motors, No.7, Red Hills Road, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 053 (an authorized dealer of TVS) on 24.07.14 with vehicle registration No. TN20 CC2572. & Bharthi AXA Two-wheeler Comprehensive Insurance policy valid from 25.07.13 to 24.07.14. Unfortunately, I met with an accident on 30.05.14. I got severe injury in my left hand and vein was cut caused severe bloodflow. I undergone treatment with 36 stitches in my hand.After a week, on 07.06.14, with the help of my husband Shri Parthiban, I left my vehicle at SVS TVS motors for repair. Though they had sold the vehicle with Insurance, they had not co-ordinated for the insurance claim on accident coverage. I had contacted with the Insurance company officials for my claim (registered Claim No. F0458329/C0597630) and they surveyed my vehicle stating that the Service Centre is not co-ordinating properly in time. The vehicle has been completely surveyed on 03.07.14 and Service Manager told that they are waiting of spares.I don’t understand that why it is getting late for getting spares. Service Manager often used to say that vehicle under insurance will get delayed only. Moreover, it was already 36 days over and till now, I have not received my vehicle. This is Priya Parthiban. I really thank for the service being done. The vehicle has been delivered on 15.07.14 @ 17.50 hrs. I got the problem solved at TVS Service Centre, but I am breaking my head with the insurance company. Hoping for good justice.
