TVS Motor Company — Worst service from TVS | |||
My friend P.Velu had booked for a heavy duty XL one month prior which was promised to be delivered by agreement on 14th July at 3.00 pm. Once we reached on the specified time it was told that the financial status is still pending and thus the vehicle can't be delivered. To your notice we went there to collect the vehicle only after several repeated calls of confirmation from your company. The ethical behaviour of your company staffs were really worse especially the sales manager (Nellai Tvs, vanarpettai). Also when connected to the customer care your service member named Shyam([protected]) answered in an irresponsible manner stating there was no man power in the concerned showroom and thus resulted to this. Now they say there is a need to pay additional charges for the extra parts( Bumper, etc). Your service to us was really mind blowing flop and we were forced to a situation where we had to fight with your concerned staff in the same showroom. We had to behave in such a way because we needed the vehicle for pooja and it was informed to your staff which was later promised by your staff to deliver on time yet didn’t happen. We expected quality service from your company and what we got in return was total and a pure waste of our precious time and thus our behaviour to your staffs was not deniable. Toyota stands for the world and TVS stands for us is what we thought and imagined but then it was a total opposite of what we expected as your regular customer. Thanks for your hopeless customer service and this is to bring it to your knowledge and stop this happening in the future. Was this information helpful? | |||
