Dear mr rajat,

I have placed order on 30th april 2016 (Tow15996apr1199963) order has been confirmed and paid 18324.00 and after i was interacting with mr rajat who is the md for this company. He confirmed your tyre has been dispatched after 2days but he has not shared docket no after my often calls to him then he confirmed not yet dispatched as we don't have stock on 7th may same day i informed him to cancel the order. He insisted to email to [protected]@tyreonwheels.com we will take it as cancel will return the money to my sbi credit card within 6working days. I did the same on 7th may after 1week i started follow up with mr. Rajat to get

Am chasing with him since 2days to get amount refund details in order to check with bank. He is telling within 1hr or 10min will give the details but still now i haven't received. Pl support in this regard to get back my money

I was getting wrong commitment from you( Rajat) always but he is not at all responding after his commitment BETTER TO GIVE POLICE COMPLAINT they are trying to cheating.

Guys - Who are struggling to get response from them pls let complaint together to make action on it
