Dear Sir, I have made a payment of Rs.12216/- on 12/05/16 thru AXIS BANK credit card and I have neither received any order acknowledgement or call from this company acknowledging the payment receipt. I have tried their customer service phone number, but no response (getting disconnected after 2 rings). I happened to read many negative reviews about this company for not delivering the product (unluckily after placing the order) I am afraid that I will be losing the money. 12000/- is a big amount for me being a salaried person. Today my banker confirmed that, the vendor has received/claimed the amount whereas there is no response from Tyresonwheels side. I would request you to goodself to kindly help me to either return my money or deliver the product They have 3 offices in New Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore and the addresses are given below (Head Office): Ramph Global Private Limited, Plot No. C146, Mahavir Enclave - 3, Opp. Dwarka Power Plant, New Delhi – 110 059, India. I had ordered the tyre on 7/10/2015. Now i want my money back from the company and from last fews day i am calling them to return my money but no one is receiving the call.. my order id for the apollo tyre is. TOW14049Oct423853
Please note the Mumbai address mentioned is genuinely of Tranquil tyres. I had taken the Franchise from them for Mumbai for passenger car tyres and during my tenure executed every job in less than 3 days. Please note that if i am not informed of an order for Mumbai there is very little i can do.
I have sent a notice already for separation and have asked them to remove the Mumbai address which please note. I am not party to their inefficiency.

Finally I have recd my tyres on last week.
But I have recd 2 tyres of 2015 make and 1 of 2016 which I could not check while taking delivery since I was in a hurry.
I am yet to receive the Invoice copy from the Bangalore dealer hence this complain is still unresolved.
